Terms & Conditions of Service
Booking & Deposit
To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Your booking will be confirmed once the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due on the morning of your scheduled appointment. If the time of an appointment is extended, the time must be agreed and the payment sent by close of day, the same day.
Payment
Payments can be made via bank transfer (details will be provided upon booking) or a payment link sent in the invoice. All payments must be received in full before or on the day of your appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice may have their deposit transferred to a new booking date.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may result in the loss of the deposit.
Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. However, with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new booking date.
Once a service has been completed, payments are non-refundable. If you have any concerns, please get in touch and I will always do my best to resolve them.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is very important to me. Any personal information shared during consultations or sessions will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering my services.
I may take photographs during sessions (for example, of outfits or wardrobe organisation) to support your styling process or for use on my website and social media.
No images of you or your belongings will be shared publicly without your prior consent. If you are happy for images to be used, this will always be discussed with you beforehand.
You have the right to decline the use of any images at any time.
Late Payments
If the remaining balance has not been received by the morning of your appointment, the session may be postponed or cancelled.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
• Being present and available for the full duration of the session
• Providing accurate information during the consultation process
• Ensuring the space is safe and accessible for the session
Results & Expectations
Every effort is made to provide a personalised and supportive service. Results may vary depending on individual preferences, existing wardrobe and level of engagement during the session.
Travel
Travel within a reasonable local distance may be included. Any additional travel costs will be discussed and agreed upon prior to booking.
Liability
While care is taken during all sessions, I cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items during the process.
